Marie-Cécile FLAMENT

Marie-Cécile FLAMENT has been an attorney since 2000.

She holds a law degree (ULB, 1999) and an advanced master's degree in planning law and public real estate law (FUSL, 2012).

Marie-Cécile FLAMENT began her professional career as a claims manager with a legal-expenses insurance company, and then joined the Charleroi Bar, where she built up her own practice.

In 2016, Marie-Cécile FLAMENT was hired by the Public Service of Wallonia (SPW) as a Commissioner at the Acquisition Committee, Namur division. She handled expropriation files for the public authorities.

In 2018, Marie-Cécile FLAMENT joined a Namur law firm specialising in planning and environmental law. There she handled cases in these areas and, more particularly, in the field of expropriation.

In February 2021, Marie-Cécile FLAMENT joined RESOLVED. She has written and contributed to various publications and has spoken at seminars, in particular in planning and environmental law.
