Gauthier ERVYN

Gauthier has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2000.

He holds a law degree (UCL, 1999) and a specialisation in European law (Universiteit Gent, 2000). He also spent part of his university studies at the Law School of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA (1999).

Gauthier is a co-founder of RESOLVED Avocats – Advocaten, together with Bart VAN HYFTE and Laurent DELMOTTE, with whom he has worked for 20 years.

Gauthier ERVYN specialises in public and administrative law, and particularly in the law of public contracts and procurement. He advises numerous public authorities and undertakings in connection with the award and performance of such agreements, and represents them before the judicial courts and the Council of State.

In 2017, the Brussels Bar awarded him the title of specialist in administrative law and public procurement.

Gauthier is the author of the website www.marchéspublics.be, which brings together a wide range of legal information on public procurement, including an "intelligent" dictionary of the vocabulary specific to the field.

He is the author of several scholarly articles in the field of public contracts and procurement and regularly speaks at seminars.

He works in French, Dutch and English.
