Sylvie has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1998.
She studied law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and obtained a university certificate in banking and financial law from the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2016.
Sylvie practises mainly in banking law as well as business law (companies and associations): incorporation, commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, transfers and acquisitions, businesses in difficulty and liquidations.
She also handles litigation in these areas before the courts and tribunals.
She has taught civil law and commercial law at the Infac (Efpme-Sfpme) and has spoken at several seminars.
Sylvie handles cases in French and English.
