Matthieu Leysen has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2015.
He holds a master's degree in law (public law track) from the Université Catholique de Louvain (2014) and an advanced master's degree in European law, also from the UCL (2015).
He practises construction law and public procurement (award and performance), as well as administrative law more generally. With regard to public procurement, he advises public authorities and private undertakings. He represents his clients before the judicial courts and the Council of State.
