A little over a year ago, the contribution by Bart Van Hyfte, Laurent Delmotte and Olivier Vandingenen was published, devoted to examining aeronautical constraints (sometimes called aeronautical easements) — including prohibitions and restrictions on building at height — and the regulation of the use of drones (UAS) in connection with the wind energy sector.
