On 3 December, Gauthier ERVYN, in collaboration with Nicolas DANGRIAUX, gave a webinar on the ESPD (European Single Procurement Document). During this webinar, organised by ESCALA for contracting authorities, Me ERVYN analysed the nature and characteristics of the ESPD, the conditions under which an ESPD must be included by the contracting authority in the public procurement documents, and the case law relating to the absence of an ESPD or the submission of an incomplete ESPD.
