On 18 October, Gauthier ERVYN gave a seminar on the statement of reasons and the notification of award reasons in public procurement. This presentation took place as part of the study day organised by ESCALA on 18 October 2021. This study day, specifically dedicated to public procurement law, brought together 80 officials from Walloon and Brussels contracting authorities and was held in Charleroi.
