Annual GTI conference - How to buy together? Recourse to central purchasing bodies

This Tuesday 19 October, Gauthier ERVYN and Matthieu LEYSEN gave a presentation on central purchasing bodies and framework agreements at the annual conference of the "GTI of the Brussels local authorities". This conference brought together around a hundred participants, representing the municipalities and public social welfare centres (CPAS) of the Brussels-Capital Region. The topic addressed by the RESOLVED attorneys concerned the conditions under which a local contracting authority may call upon a central purchasing body to manage its contracts, and the conditions under which subsequent public contracts may be awarded by these local authorities following the framework agreements concluded by the central purchasing bodies.
