On 19 March, Gauthier ERVYN gave a webinar organised by the Belgian Construction Law Association. This seminar dealt with the award of public works contracts — selected questions. Among the topics addressed by Gauthier were the new features introduced into public procurement legislation by the Act of 22 December 2023 (regarding tender compensation, advances and information on the ranking of tenders), recent case law on the accreditation of contractors, and recent case law on health and safety on construction sites.
